This project was a consulting website for Nikola Jovanović and knowing.rs, a business consultancy. The goal was to move from referral-only clients to a clear online presence so new leads could understand the offer and book consultations easily. The site had to feel trusted and professional and make the next step obvious.
We started by defining the target audience: executives, founders, and teams who need clarity on strategy and execution. I reviewed how other consultants present services and pricing and how they use case studies and testimonials. We aligned on a simple structure: hero, services, about, success stories, and a clear path to book a call.
The site was designed and built in Webflow for full control over layout and responsiveness. I used clear typography and spacing, subtle motion where it helped clarity, and a layout that works on desktop and mobile so the consultancy felt consistent and credible at every step.
The structure follows a clear flow: Hero to establish trust and intent → Services to explain what knowing.rs does → About to connect personally → Success stories for proof → FAQ to reduce friction → CTA & footer for contact and next steps. Each section has one main job: build trust, explain the offer, or move toward a consultation.
After launch, Nikola booked three new clients in the first month directly through the website, without relying only on referrals. Visitors found the site clear and professional, and the booking flow made it easy to take action. Main takeaways: clear service pages and a simple path to book drive consultations; testimonials and case snippets build trust; a low-friction CTA like “Book a call” works better than vague “Contact” for consultants.
